DeLizza & Elster (D&E) did not sign their jewelry.  They are best known now as the maker of Juliana costume jewelry but also made Judy, Judy, Judy, Fifth Avenue Accessories, Fifth Avenue Boutique, Fifth Avenue Belt, Mystic Jewelry, and Greenwood Designs.  The company also made costume jewelry for other companies such as Weiss and Sarah Coventry. 

Frank DeLizza has written a book about the company and about the manufacture of costume jewelry though the 20^th century called, “Memoirs of a Fashion Jewelry Manufacturer” and it is a fascinating and informative book that belongs in every vintage costume jewelry collector’s library.

D&E jewelry (Juliana) is highly sought after because of its consistent high quality and fabulous designs.  Mr. DeLizza has kindly verified many, many pieces of their jewelry.
