The ART and MODE-ART trademarks were used by the owner, Arthur Pepper. 

ART signed vintage jewelry is known for its broad range of designs and high quality.  The company used interesting and unique stones and color combinations, including pastels.  Many see similarities between ART and Florenza and Hollycraft designs. 

ART is also known for wonderful figural jewelry and brightly colored enamels.
