Shipping MUST BE ADDED before your order can be processed.
 
Send us an email or call us at (574) 594-2244 and we will calculate your shipping costs and insert the shipping cost into the item description. Then, if you wish to pay with a credit card, you can pay for your item through the shopping cart. If you prefer, you may also call us and we can take your charge information over the phone.
 
We do not place items "on hold" (mark items "SALE PENDING") until we have been notified that your payment is on the way. If you don't let us know your payment is on the way, your item may be sold here in the shop, since we have a physical store location. We don't want you to be disappointed!
 
We accept personal checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
 
We ship at least once each week, usually more often.
 
We believe that communication is the best way to keep our customers happy, so please check your mail filters to prevent our response from being caught there and lost or deleted.
 
We will email you when we receive your order, and will include a "read receipt" so that we know we've reached you. We will email you when your payment is received and let you know the approximate shipping date, and we will email you again when your item is shipped. We will add you to our email notification list for updates to our site unless you opt out by sending us an email requesting that we not do so.
 
Indiana residents must include 7% sales tax unless you send us a signed tax exempt form.
 
International orders:
 
Italy - Due to the large number of orders lost in Italy, we will ship only using Priority Mail International or Express Mail International Guaranteed (depending on value of purchase) with insurance purchased through the Post Office.
 
We reserve the right to refuse orders to countries where the Post Office or other insurer will not provide coverage.

Payment Methods - USA

  • Check- Item(s) will be put on hold once we are notified that payment has been mailed. Item(s) will be shipped after 14 days.
  • Postal Money Order - Item(s) will be put on hold once we are notified that payment has been mailed. Item(s) will be shipped on the next shipping day following receipt of cleared payment.
  • Visa/Mastercard/Discover (online)** - Items will be put on hold upon receipt of order and shipped to billing address only on our next shipping day.
  • Visa/Mastercard/Discover (phone)** - Items will be put on hold upon receipt of your credit card information. Item(s) will be shipped to billing address only on our next shipping day.
  • Payment Methods - International

  • Visa/Mastercard/Discover accepted subject to verification*. Item(s) will be put on hold once your credit card has been verified. Item(s) will be shipped on our next shipping day.
    Because of the additional fees we incur for accepting international credit cards, we must set a minimum order of $50 for international customers.
  • Personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. Item(s) will be put on hold once we are notified that payment has been mailed. May require up to 30 days to clear before shipment.
  • International Postal Money Order (green). Item(s) will be put on hold once we are notified that payment has been mailed. Item(s) will be shipped on our next shipping day following receipt of cleared payment.
  • Western Union Money Transfer. Item(s) will be put on hold for you once we receive the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number). Item(s) will be shipped on our next shipping day following receipt of payment.

    * Because billing addresses are not verifiable for credit cards outside the U.S., a copy of the top portion of your latest credit card statement (containing card issuer, statement date, name, billing address and account number), along with a signed sales slip (provided by Bonnie & Clyde's Treasure Trove), may be required for credit card orders placed by first time customers. My fax number will be provided with your sales slip. If required, the documentation must be received by us within three (3) business days to avoid cancellation.

    **As a long time credit card merchant, I take my responsibility to the public very seriously. Too many websites will allow credit card purchases from anyone who presents a valid account number and expiration date combination, without even trying to verify that they are dealing with the account holder. What that means is that anyone can use YOUR credit card at these sites, to buy whatever they like...no questions asked. Sites that will ship to addresses other than the billing address (without first verifying the order) may seem convenient to you, but that is exactly how YOUR credit card could be used by someone without your authorization, or knowledge. Credit card fraud is widespread today, especially online. Bonnie & Clyde's Treasure Trove is doing it's part to help cut down on credit card fraud. We verify billing addresses. Orders shipped to an address other than the billing address must go through my verification process before the order is processed, and are subject to an additional charge for "Restricted Delivery". Though it may take a little longer, I feel that the security of your credit card is worth the time and effort.
